After medical clearance, these workouts focus on strengthening exercises for the gluteals, hamstrings and back to support abdominal reconditioning.
Mama and Baby Fitness:
Interactive classes incorporating gentle exercises that involve baby, creating a bonding experience while supporting Mama's fitness journey.
Holistic Postpartum Wellness Packages:
Comprehensive approach to health by addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being, tailored to help Mama's navigate the postpartum period with confidence.

VXN Workout (Hip Hop Cardio):
VXN is a dance fitness brand focused on improving the physical & mental wellness of women. By incorporating trending choreography, musical remixes, and atmospheric lighting, we’re able to replicate the live stage experience to promote a fun, fast-paced, communal workout experience. The result is an army of strong, like-minded women driven to push, support, and love each other in the pursuit of improvement.
In-Person Meetups:
For Orlando locals. Fostering a supportive network where Mama's can share experiences, challenges, and triumphs, creating a sense of belonging and understanding.
